The fate of the St. Dominic's Catholic Church is sealed. The church, which stood next to the former Cabrini-Green housing project will be demolished to make way for a new Sullivan Goulette & Wilson-designed condo development that will deliver 45 units to the area. [Chicago Architecture Blog]
