Vince Vaughn Selling River North Town Home He Never Lived In

Comedian, actor, Blackhawks superfan and longtime Chicago landlord Vince Vaughn is ditching a River North town home he had been using as a rental property. A few years back, Vaughn was seeking tenants who could cough up the $8,000 per month rent on the 4,063 square foot place, but now he has listed it for $1.475 million, the Tribune reports. The town home isn't the only Chicago property Vaughn is looking to unload. His three level penthouse at the Palmolive Building has been on the market since last September. Similar to Oprah and Michael Jordan, it appears that Vaughn is looking to completely cut ties with Chicago.

While the actual listing for Vaughn's River North town home doesn't include any interior photos, here are a few older images of the home from way back in 2011.
