If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try yet again. This is exactly what former Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin is doing with selling his suburban home. Billy Corgan also follows the same mantra when it comes to reuniting the Pumpkins, but he's also got plenty of other hobbies. After several previous attempts at ditching the 10,000 square foot Riverwoods home, Chamberlin relisted the home last September for $1.75 million—a $100K price bump from when the home was last listed a few years prior. However, the home returns to the market again today with only a $50,000 price bump, bringing the new ask to $1.799 million. The strategy seems a little odd, but Chamberlin isn't the only one with the same idea.
