The Blackhawks' Niklas Hjalmarsson just officially unloaded his Kinzie Park town home, picking up a small profit in the process after placing it on contract a little over a month ago. The Swedish defenseman purchased the 4-bed, three-story riverfront property in 2010 for $1.32 million, unloading it for $1.7 million. While it may not match the Trump Tower party pad of Patrick Kane, it does boast a nice wet bar, balcony and covered patio for entertaining, as well as the sleek interior, hardwood floors and new appliances you'd expect from a home built in 2009. Hjalmarsson's staying with the Hawks through the 2018-2019 season, so it'll be interesting to see where he ends up moving now that he has the finances for an upgrade.
