Another blockbuster has entered the market in Lincoln Park, this time becoming the neighborhood's third most expensive residence currently for sale. Located on Grant Place near Oz Park, this humongous 9,200 square foot home hit the market last Friday at $9.25 million. Once you've passed the modest century-old front exterior facade, you're greeted by a very large interior that was renovated in 2012. The home surrounds an outdoor courtyard space that's certainly big enough for entertaining and for stashing your collection of Jeff Koons-esque sculptures. According to the listing, the home is so big that it sits on all four property lines. The listing's agent also indicates that the home's contractor won an award for the project, although it doesn't mention who it was. This large and in charge Lincoln Park home follows the bonkers $18.75 million estate on Burling Street and a $13 million raw penthouse space on Lakeview Avenue to round out the top three priciest homes in the neighborhood.
