Ousted Bears Coach Scores Contract on Suburban Home

New, 3 comments

Former Chicago Bears coach Marc Trestman listed his 5,000 square foot Winnetka home nearly a year ago, and today it's looking like the ousted playmaker will be able to completely cut ties with the Windy City. The Bears officially announced the firing of Trestman last December, but perhaps the Minnesota native saw the writing on the wall much earlier and prepared for his departure by listing his five bedroom, six and a half bathroom home. All speculation aside, the home is amenity loaded, sporting a home theater room, a wine cellar, a sauna and an indoor basketball court. After only 10 months of ownership, the Trestmans listed the home last March with an asking price of $3.495 million.
