Ever dream of living in a castle of your own? Well there are plenty of them throughout the Chicago area. This six bedroom, six and a half bathroom mansion in north suburban Kenilworth may not look like some of the other residential fortresses in the area, but it certainly has an old world charm to it. According to the listing, the mansion was built in 1927 and features a well-manicured yard. Described as a "French Manor home," the house does have a lot of its original architectural features like the massive mantle in the main living room and its winding staircase. However, much of it appears to be updated and there's even some oddball stuff like a Western-themed cabin room. That photo may be of the coach house, but it's hard to say. This one has entered the market asking $3.295 million.
