Quaint, Rehabbed Logan Square House Asks $425K

New, 4 comments

The Logan Square housing market has been heating up over the last few years, but there are still opportunities to get into a nice house at a reasonable price. Here's an old frame house on Dickens that has been completed rehabbed and boasts a finished basement and attic. It's not going to break any records on size, but there's enough room for a young family. One of the highlights is the large yard, which would make any dog happy. It's not exactly close to public transit, so the two car garage will likely become very useful. The other big plus is that it's located just a fifteen minute walk away from Palmer Square and Chicago's emerging (and second) "restaurant row" on Armitage Avenue.
