MILA Tower Unveils Floor Plans, Amenities and New Renderings

New, 38 comments

The new apartment tower coming to 200 N. Michigan Avenue in the heart of the Loop celebrated a major milestone in September by topping out at 41 stories tall, and it has hit another milestone by launching a new website with floor plans, amenities and even new renderings from bKL Architecture. The upcoming MILA tower is certainly aiming to get in on the downtown luxury rental market, and similar to the other players in the field, the new tower will be loaded with amenities. In total, the building will boast 30,000 square feet of various amenity spaces throughout the tower. Beyond the ubiquitous fitness center, outdoor fire pits and bike storage that are commonly found in newer luxury towers, 200 N. Michigan will also feature more unique things like Bocce ball courts, an herb garden and a pet salon. But at the top of building may be the coolest space. The 41st floor will feature an outdoor pool and lounge. Of course, the location is pretty sweet as well. Floor plans can be found on their new website, and the first deliveries are expected early next year.
