A large 4,300-square-foot unit in the original Playboy Mansion is up for grabs for an equally large sum of $5.75 million. While Hugh Hefner may have made the mansion famous, it's been the home to many wealthy Chicagoans. This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom condo is currently owned by Marlene Iglitzen, the widow of the late Chicago Tribune film critic Gene Siskel, Dennis Rodkin of Crain's reports. According to Rodkin, Iglitzen purchased the condo in 2008 for $3.7 million and has since spent years restoring and updating it. While it's not the priciest residence for sale in the Gold Coast neighborhood at the moment (it's the 7th priciest), it would set a record for the highest price paid for a unit in the original Playboy Mansion, Rodkin notes. Two indoor parking space are also included.
