A new listing for an under-construction megamansion in Lincoln Park indicates that the new residence will take over the triple lot site of the former DePaul Theater School. And for $8.9 million, the house's builder will allow a future buyer to assist in designing the mansion, which Envrion Development says can be up to 15,500 square feet and feature an eight car garage and a four stop elevator. In addition, the listing agent indicates that other possible amenities include a basketball court and pool. The house will certainly be large enough to feature many of the spaces found in comparable homes, including the ubiquitous theater room. Lincoln Park is no stranger to megamansions, and this huge (and very expensive) house is just one more on a growing list.
