The 5 Most Expensive Houses for Sale in Bucktown Right Now

New, 15 comments

Bucktown may not have the same reputation for being pricey or "ultra lux" like some neighborhoods that line the lakefront, but the area does indeed have a vast collection of very high end homes. The neighborhood is known for having a large inventory of historic brick single family homes and flats, but it's also got heaps of new construction as well. For better or worse, many of the neighborhood's classic houses have been demolished to make way for newer and pricier homes. However, Bucktown's inventory of spec homes and new construction is generally of much higher quality than the stuff going up in Logan Square at the moment. These five homes are the five most expensive in Bucktown, and they share several similarities. First off, three of them belong to the same caps lock-loving broker. Second, they're all spacious and have really nice backyard amenities. Four of them have been listed for less than two weeks while the neighborhood's most expensive home has been on the market for less than two months. Let's go have a look.
