A new residential project coming to the border of the Lincoln Park and Gold Coast neighborhood has just listed a couple of units for sale. Simply dubbed 101 North, the new condo development from developer Howard Weiner will feature large, pricey units in a brick and limestone clad 10-story building designed by Richard C. Newman and Main Architecture. And if there's anything that the two listings that hit the MLS this week offer us, it's an idea of how pricey the building will be. Both units that listed this week will be over 3,000 square feet in size and both are asking over $2.4 million. In addition to the sticker shock on the actual price of the units, the assessments for the two listings range from $1,650 to nearly $1,900 per month. However, at that price comes the ability to customize, and the developer is allowing buyers to pick out their own finishes. Have a car? Prepare to dish out another $65,000 - $75,000 for a garage parking space.
