Alderman Proco Joe Moreno will be hosting an open house of the Congress Theater this weekend before it receives its much needed makeover. The alderman will be opening the old theater from 1-4pm tomorrow afternoon to discuss the upcoming renovation from developer Michael Moyer. [DNAinfo]
