Home Designed by FLW Protege Takes $250K Price Chop

New, 2 comments

Well, it's not exactly a Frank Lloyd Wright designed home, but it is a 100 year old home designed by former Wright draftsman Charles White. Located in suburban Glen Ellyn, the home certainly has some Prairie characteristics inspired by the style made popular by Frank Lloyd Wright. The home first listed last April, hitting the market with a $1.25 million ask. However, the price has just taken a $250,000 price chop bringing it down to a round $1 million. For a home of its age and architectural era, it's been tastefully updated and looks rather livable. Tour the home this weekend as it'll be hosting open houses both Saturday and Sunday.
