It's the weekend, so that means it's time to relax, catch up on chores and go shopping for a new home. The skinny: Here's a historic greystone that has been renovated, and boy does it look incredible. A lot of the greystone rehabs in Logan Square and other trending neighborhoods tend to be a bit overkill, with much of its vintage charm being totally gutted out. But not with this place. It is vintage and authentic, but also very livable. Considering that greystones in Logan Square are going for about the same price, this place will likely not last too long.
