Take a Tour of The Loop's New 73 E Lake Apartment Tower

New, 2 comments

The Loop's 73 E Lake topped off last summer, and had its first official move-ins in May. The 42 story tower is now over 60% leased, and unlike some other new Loop apartment towers, nearly half of the building's make up is two bedroom units. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), the building contains a total of 332 apartments and 178 parking spaces. Amenities include an indoor pool with a spa and waterfall feature, a yoga and Pilates studio, a two story "cyber café", a theater room, game room, an indoor dog run, a large bicycle parking space and a 2,000 square foot event space. Convertible spaces in the building range between $2,280-$2,805 and fall just under 700 square feet in size. One bed units are slightly larger and start off at $2,815 and two bedrooms unit will set one back $3,400-$4,395. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating when we visited, so we were unable to get good shots of the top floor views, however, we were able to capture everything else.
