Freshly Rehabbed Logan Square Greystone Wants $724K

New, 8 comments

According to new data from real estate multiple listing service website Zillow, Logan Square has the second hottest sellers' market in Chicago. The neighborhood has been rapidly transforming over the last few years, and will likely continue to do so in the coming years. This greystone on Whipple Street a couple block north of Logan Boulevard is a perfect example of this trend. The home was built in 1896, and is very typical of the neighborhood's inventory of turn of the century homes, however it has recently been completely rehabbed. It doesn't appear that much if any of the home's original finishes have been salvaged, but the home will likely be appealing to buyers who are looking for a vintage exterior with an all brand new interior. It has just hit the market with an ask of $724,000.
