Ranquist Development is ready to bring more Flexhouse rowhouses to Logan Square and has recently broken ground on its third phase of the project. The developer will add 16 more homes to the project at Ridgeway and Hamlin avenues in the far northwest corner of the neighborhood. Spanning a two acre parcel, the Flexhouse 2 development will deliver a total of 31 new homes to the rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. The new ISA Architects-designed homes have been selling fast, as the official Flexhouse website indicates that only four units remain unsold. When we visited the development in June, Randquist reps told us that they expect to deliver the final townhomes next spring.
