Construction of the 33 story Arkadia Tower in the West Loop is approaching its final stages, and now the new apartment tower has an official January 2015 target opening date. Designed by FitzGerald Associates, the tower will deliver 350 apartments and 356 parking spaces to the booming West Loop neighborhood. Amenities will include a green roof, swimming pool, and 20,000 square feet of ground level retail. White Oaks Realty Partners have recently launched a new website for the development, which includes a new rendering of what the final product is expected to look at. Floor plans and prices aren't available just yet, but should be in the coming weeks. Construction began at 765 W Adams a little over a year ago, and will begin accepting its first move ins in just a few more months.
