Before Hugh Hefner took his Playboy Bunnies out to Beverly Hills, the Playboy boss lived in this Chicago mansion. The brick and limestone Playboy Mansion on State Parkway was the scene of wild parties during the '60s, but in 1974, Hefner permanently relocated to California. The mansion later became dormitories for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and in the early '90s it was gutted and transformed into four luxury condos. This rare 3,250 square foot unit has just listed for $2.995 million.
