The far northside neighborhood of Sauganash is slated to get a huge stretch of 35 new single family homes. A sign indicating that the project is coming has been on the site for months however, with no signs of activity. The homes (when built) will range in size from 4,200 to 4,500 square feet. [YoChicago]
