Rare FLW Designed Roloson Row House Relists At $595K

New, 3 comments

A home in the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Roloson Houses development has relisted at $595,000. Originally listed in April at $685,000, the rare row home is coming back to the market at $90K less than its original ask to appeal to potential buyers. The stretch of homes were built way back in 1894, and are unique for being the the only row houses ever designed by the Prairie master. Although this 2,500 square foot home may be over a hundred years old and designed by one of the earliest starchitects, its interior has been dramatically altered and updated throughout the years. It may have had most of its original Wright updated out of it, but it's certainly a livable home. For the right buyer, it may be bargain.
