It's Labor Day weekend, and that means it's one of the last opportunities to enjoy a day of relaxing outdoors before fall officially begins. For those who don't have boats, or won't be able to get out on one this weekend, this time lapse boat cruise is almost just as good. Starting at Monroe Harbor, the boat heads up towards Navy Pier for a couple of loops, and then into the Chicago River to explore the Loop. The boat makes its way west all the way towards Pilsen before turning back around and ending with a fireworks show at Navy Pier. Here we have an entire afternoon and evening condensed into three minutes, and you don't even have to leave your desk.
