If you haven't been out to Pilsen lately, you're missing out on experiencing one of the greatest preservation efforts to happen in the neighborhood - Thalia Hall. Last summer, Empty Bottle owner Bruce Finkelman inked a deal to take over the old bohemian public hall, and it now features a concert venue, a cocktail bar and a restaurant. AIA Chicago recently stopped by for a video tour with Finkelman, who discussed the history, restoration and the rebirth of the landmark space.
