Last evening Ald. Tom Tunney hosted a final community meeting to discuss the Wrigley Field renovations, in which 100 residents attended. Residents largely disapproved of the plan, which includes seven outfield signs. In an interview with local news outlets, Cubs spokesman Julian Green stated, "At the end of the day, we're going to be sued over two signs, so we may as well move forward with our original package that includes seven signs". The Chicago Landmarks Commission will review the renovation plan on Thursday. [Tribune; previously]
