Developer Making Quick Work of New Milwaukee Ave. Condos

The southern end of Logan Square isn't the part of the neighborhood that is receiving attention from developers. One developer is making quick work on some new condos coming to a long vacant lot on Milwaukee Avenue across the street from the Mega Mall indoor flea market. Back in May, SNS Realty received a building permit to begin construction of a new condo development that will ultimately be comprised of three separate but adjacent buildings. The buildings will stretch from 2491-2501 N. Milwaukee Avenue with each containing six residential units and two ground level retail spaces. Once totally completed, the development will add 18 new condos and six new retail spaces to the area. Each condo will be three bedroom, two bathroom simplex units, and surprisingly, every unit will have its own private rooftop space. Prices range from $369,000-$429,000 and the delivery of the first units is expected to happen at the end of the year.
