Sales Start for Two Dozen New Bucktown Row Houses

New, 9 comments

The Row, a new row house development in Bucktown, will soon replace a vacant stretch of land at 1711 North Winnebago Avenue with 24 single family homes. Pressed up against the under-construction 606 trail, the Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture designed three story row homes will be located directly in between the happenin' Bucktown and Wicker Park neighborhoods. Though construction has yet to begin, MCZ Development has started sales of the upcoming contempo row homes. The development will feature three and four bedroom row homes, with prices ranging from $599,000 to $700,000. Each row house comes with a two car garage, a small yard and a rooftop deck space. Keep your eyes peeled this autumn, as construction is expected to begin in October with a mid-2015 completion.
