The Park District Wants to Know Which Crummy Playgrounds Need Fixing

New, 2 comments

The Chicago Park District needs you to nominate any park playground that you think needs fixing for its "Chicago Plays!" program. Over 300 playgrounds will have their equipment replaced as part of the program launched by Mayor Emanuel last year, and if you know of a playground that you think needs some help you can nominate it or add your vote for it today. Nominations are due very soon and must be in by July 23 at noon, so if some busted playground equipment has been bothering you - don't wait! Full instructions for the process are available here, but it's a pretty simple process.
