The heart of River North is about to get a piece of the south. Preliminary drawings have surfaced for the new Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row country music themed restaurant, which is set to replace a surface parking lot at 17-21 W. Hubbard St. The renders suggest the double-decker development will be brick — like its neighbors — with a boxy glass façade. Like Whiskey Row's Scottsdale, Arizona counterpart, Riot Hospitality Group's new venture will have live country music, upscale pub food and drinks. Bad line dancers beware — your moves will be on full display to passerby.
