Chicago's new 606 Trail has announced its official opening date for next June, so we're just a year away. This past winter's unseasonably cold temperatures and record snow fall caused delays which pushed the trail's opening back from its original late 2014 completion. No bother, this gives folks who are looking to relocate near the trail more time to look at homes and get settled in. Once the trail is completed next summer, it will be truly completed, with its tens of thousands of plantings and new park spaces. Today we take a look at three different townhouses along Bloomingdale Avenue in Logan Square that are all around $500K and built within the last 15 years. Take a long gander and let us know which one you would choose.
