It has been several months since Curbed checked in on the construction of the new Arkadia Tower located at 765 W Adams. Since then, the construction site at Adams & Halsted has transformed from a heap of rebar and drilling rigs to something that actually looks like a tower. Once completed, the 33-story FitzGerald Associates designed tower will include 350 rental units and 356 parking spaces that will fit in the building's five story podium. Amenities will include a green roof, swimming pool, and 20,000 square feet of ground level retail. According to White Oaks Realty Partners, the target for completion is early 2015.
