Former Chicago Cubs slinger Ryan Dempster has pitched a perfect game on selling his five bedroom Lakeview home, as he scored a contract on the pad the same day it was listed. Dempster, who now plays with the Boston Red Sox, had been renting the 5,300 square foot home for the last couple of years. The three story home sports a cedar sauna room, a wine cellar, a penthouse "party room" and a large rooftop deck. Dempster's digs had been previously listed for two years, however it did not receive any bites during the period. Although Dempster is no longer a Cub, he still owns another property on the city's North Side according to the Tribune's Bob Goldsborough. Batter up.
