Architect Brad Lynch Relists Uber-Modern North Center Home

New, 5 comments

Architect Brad Lynch of Chicago's Brininstool + Lynch has relisted his super modern North Center home this week. Built in 2008, the architect and his wife decided to list the 4,300 square foot home in June 2010, after only living in it for a couple of short years. After sitting on the market for several months at $2.6 million with no bites, the four bedroom home was removed. It returns four years later at $2.5 million. Perhaps Lynch, who has most recently been working with Property Markets Group on designing a new development in Logan Square, is looking to design himself a new pad at this point.
