Pabst Blue Ribbon may not be the champagne of beers, but the budget brew certainly made late PBR boss Harris Perlstein a wealthy man in the early decades of the 20th century. The former beer baron's estate has exchanged hands multiple times since his passing, but has been languishing on the market for well over a year. When it was first listed back in February 2013, the 14,000 square foot mansion had a price tag of $6.95M. Fast forward to September of last year, the 1930s Georgian manse then took a clean $1M price chop. Today the palatial eight bedroom, eight bathroom manse and its two acres takes yet another hefty $1M price chop to bring the ask down to $4.95 million, roughly a million times more than the cost of a PBR six-pack.
