Another month means another price cut for this historic Frank Lloyd Wright designed home in La Grange. One of the architect's infamous bootleg homes (commissions Wright took under the table while still employed by Adler & Sullivan), the Robert Emmond House first hit the market way back in September 2011 at $1.495 million. It has since bounced on and off the market numerous times over the last few years but has returned yet again for more action. In total, the home has received a whopping 17 price chops in less than three years. The five-bedroom, one-bathroom home was built in 1892, but has been recently restored and is ready for a new owner. This early (and historic) Wright home can now be had for only $799,000, which is nearly half of its original ask.
