The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is formally submitting a bid to bring the Obama Library & Museum to the city's West Side. Reps from the university are currently in Washington DC submitting the proposal, which includes three possible sites: Harrison Field in University Village, a spot within the Illinois Medical District, and a 21 acre site in North Lawndale.
