River North's residential boom will not be stopped. In addition to an 11 story mixed-use development for 100 W Huron Street, developer Akara Partners has one more trick up its sleeve in the form of a 14 story condo development. Yes, you have read that correctly, more new condos are coming to the upscale River North neighborhood. The new tower will include only 28 units, which are expected to be high end luxury condos. In addition to its residential component, the building will boast roughly 4,000 square feet of commercial space, as well as space for 52 vehicles. Similar to its beige brother over on Wells Street, this development planned for 100 West Huron Street does not require a zoning change.
