16 Three Bedroom Apartments Coming to Logan Square

New, 8 comments

Development continues moving northwest along Milwaukee Avenue from Wicker Park and north along Western Avenue from Bucktown, and this proposal for a new apartment building in Logan Square is representative of the changing face of the increasingly popular neighborhood. The plan is to replace the current building at 2456 North Western Avenue with a brand new five story glass and masonry mixed use building. The development will include 16 three bedroom residences, 3,300 square feet of ground level office space and 29 parking spaces. The plan was introduced at the same meeting that the large SRO development for California Avenue was presented and residents who attended the meeting largely supported the proposal.
