The West Loop is a happening spot, and every week it seems like a new development is unveiled or a construction crew is spotted. A sleek new 15 story apartment development dubbed JeffJack (short for Jefferson & Jackson) started rising not too long ago at 601 West Jackson, and the tower is well on its way. The future LEED certified Thomas Roszak designed boxy building will feature 190 rental units as well as ground level retail. No word just yet on a completion date, but this contemporary glass tower block is coming up very quickly. An anonymous tipster sent us these photos of the building's construction shortly after we wrote about the new apartment tower last week.
