Developer Sterling Bay has officially closed on the purchase of Oprah's Harpo Studios campus in the West Loop for $30.5 million. Some Harpo staff will remain on site at the three and a half acre complex for the next two years. Oprah first moved her production operations to the campus in 1988. [Tribune]
