Mayor Rahm Emanuel has removed all language about property tax hikes from the city's pension legislation. Calling it a "sketch" and not an actual plan, Governor Quinn made it very clear that he would not support Emanuel's plan for raising property taxes in Chicago. [Sun-Times]
