Curbed first learned of the plan to convert the old Lincoln Park Hospital into a large mixed use development nearly four years ago, and now leasing for luxury apartments has begun at the brand spankin' new development. Initially conceived to be condos, Webster Square is expected to eventually feature rental units, condos and single family homes, in addition to retail space which includes a new Mrs. Green's Natural Market. For now, leasing of the 75 rental units has begun, and the development is offering studio, convertible, one & two bedroom apartments. The master plan includes a 12 story condo tower, eight single family homes and a 255 space parking garage. Rents at the new Webster Square aren't on the cheap end, with the smallest units starting around $1,900 per month and the biggest offerings going for a little over $4,000 per month.
