The Illinois State Assembly is moving forward with its plan to contribute $100M to the construction costs of a future Obama Presidential Library to help lure the prestigious institution to the state. All previous competitors including Chicago State University, the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and the University of Chicago have all finally joined together to bring the library to Chicago.
