For $3,300 per month, you could rent out the actor's 1,300 square foot space, which according to Bob Goldsborough of the Tribune, has been recently renovated and as per usual, sports all the typical offerings of a luxury high rise condo. The Chicago native spends the majority of his days in LA, but wants to hang on to his Gold Coast pad for when he returns eventually. Until then, someone needs to occupy the space, so it may as well be you.
