A couple of weekends ago, a city construction crew removed the bridge at Ashland and Bloomingdale to restore and reuse it at a section of Western Avenue for the new 606 trail. Along with the usual photo updates of the steady construction of the rails to trails project, the 606 team has released this short video showing the removal of the bridge. CDOT crews have already been making solid progress on the project, and in a few more weeks, the bridge will be reinstalled at its new permanent home on Western.
