Muddy Waters' Former Home Back On Market In Short Sale

New, 2 comments

Muddy Waters' former Kenwood home is back on the market in a short sale for a measly $100,000. According to the Trib, the legendary Chicago bluesman lived in the Kenwood two flat for 20 years, and up until this past week, an unknown buyer was lined up to purchase the home and turn it into a museum honoring the musician who once owned it. However, plans apparently fell through and the home was relisted on February 24. The home is currently owned by the great-granddaughter of Waters.
