Dozens of Logan Square residents flocked to the office of developer and management company M. Fishman last Thursday to protest rising rent prices of a property recently acquired by the company. Rent at the building will raise by 60% for studio apartments forcing many residents to move out and make way for new tenants. Opponents claim that Fishman, who primarily owns property in the Logan Square neighborhood, is inflating rents in the area at an unreasonable rate. [DNAinfo]
