Today, Chicago adds one more coworking space to the growing list of places where startups, freelancers and other tech professionals gather to get work done. Coalition, a company that owns coworking spaces in New York, already has a workspace in River North but has just launched its newest addition in the old Gage Building on Michigan Avenue. The company boasts that this new space in the Loop is Chicago's first workspace dedicated to the energy sector, and already has a number of energy-focused start-up tenants lined up. Individual desks start at $275 per month and private offices will run upwards of $1000 per month.
