This planned eight story building just steps away from the Sheridan Red Line Station appears to be in Wrigleyville's future. Details on whether the building will be condo or apartments is still unclear, however according to Uptown Update, the project will be presented at a public meeting next Monday at 7pm in the Weiss Hospital Auditorium. A nearly-century-old three story apartment building currently sits on the corner of Sheridan and Irving Park Road Dakin where this project is planned. Stay tuned folks.
Update: Although Google Streetview shows that the same developer had constructed a project at the corner of Irving Park and Sheridan, this project is planned for the corner of Sheridan and Dakin.
